This is not a good time of year to be looking for adult breeding stock.   It costs  to keep extra, unneeded birds over winter, not only in feed but in competition with more desireable breeders.
Many if not most of us have only our bare, essential breeding stock on hand by the end of each year.   Now those birds are needed to produce the next generation of chicks.    If you can wait a couple of months, I will have one extra blue-wheaten cock bird available then.    In the meantime, good luck with your search.

Thanks Mike, I do realize that it\'s not the best time of year to be looking for a rooster, but you never know.  I would be interested in getting one from you later into the season....would you let me know when you have one?
