I received an email notice today from the  Kentucky State Veterninarians office that Kentucky will accept the Wisconsin Tested Flock certification.   So those of us taking birds to the national meet need not bloodtest our birds.   For the benefit of non-Wisconsin residents, the Tested Flock certification is a state program similar to NPIP.   We test the entire flock once a year, and we are good for no more testing for the next twelve months.
