Is anyone organizing a schedule for ABC events at the Ameraucana National in KY (ie. annual meeting, awards, egg judging, etc) or are we \"winging it\"?

The annual meeting will take place at 2pm.  Arrangements have been made for a catered meal around 3pm following the annual meeting.  Details are in my report in the fall newsletter.  The hope is that judging of Ameraucanas will be completed by this time so we can announce/handout awards at the meeting/dinner.  Suggestions for egg judging schedule are welcome.  I think in the past this typically takes place in the am?
