Can someone with forum access go in and revise the \"membership form\" to include Micheal\'s new address?

I sent mine also to the old address about a month ago before it was posted Michael had already moved.  Hope you got mine also.

I sent mine via Paypal. I did it under \"personel\" and \"payment owed\" so it shouldn\'t result in any charges. Let me know if it does.

If I had a copy of the WORD document I could, but I don\'t so he will have to take care of it when he has the time.

Earlier this month, we sent ours in Pay Pal.  But have not heard that he received it.
