Shows in the south

Jess:
Good Evening,
Does anyone know of any shows that will take place in my area, MS. AL. LA. or TN.
I sure would like to attend one just too see what all takes place.
I had planed to go to a couple up in the mid west. But with the price of gas going up everyday I don\'t know if I will be able to drive that far.
Thanks for any info.
Jess

Jess:

I will pull together a list of meets from the last few years from your region that the Club had meets at and post them here.

Jess,
The Poultry Press has ads for many shows.  These are not ABC meets that I know of, but poultry shows just the same.

http://exhibitionpoultry.net/ is also a great source of info - they have an extensive list of upcoming shows.

These are probably further than you want to come, but thought I\'d throw them out there under the heading of southern shows for anyone else who may be reading:

I showed my Black and Blue Ameraucanas at the Feb and March shows in Morganton, NC.  There were over 900-1000 birds at each show but my Ameraucanas were the only ones there.  It would be much nicer if another ABC member was showing too.
