Hi Mike, thanks!  I never thought of that.  The test mating.  That\'s a good idea.  I was thinking I wouldn\'t breed the white egg layers but now I\'m going to.  Hopefully I\'ll get all blue eggs from the match.

Also, I don\'t have any brown eggs.  In fact, I\'ve only got a couple of birds that are giving me eggs that have a slight tint of green to them.  I\'ve actually got a couple of pullets now that are giving me the best blue I\'ve ever had.  

I don\'t want to hijack the OP\'s thread so I\'ll make a new post with some other info.
