Female possibly male not sure

Yes they can. This bird is almost 5 mos old. And for the longest time I was sure it was a pullet. But definitely a male. Hasn\'t started crowing yet. I\'ve heard one or 2 crows from my 3 young males. But seeing I have 3 other adult males figured my young guys weren\'t trying to crow due to my other ones doing it for them. Have any of you experienced that in the past. Cockerels taking a long time to figure out how to crow. It\'s fine w/ me. The quieter they are the better. LOL.

I\'ve noticed the cockerels seem to keep a low profile here, too. Don\'t know if they\'re afraid the older males are going to kill them or I am, but they don\'t seem to go out of their way to call attention to their gender. ;)
