National Meet Deadline Reminder - October 3rd

The entry deadline is October 3rd. Catalogs can be emailed if you request one to info@poultrypress.com or downloaded online at www.crossroadsofamericapoultryclub.com . All birds must be cooped in by 8:30 am on Friday the 28th and none can be cooped in prior to noon on the 27th. Hotels rooms are still available at our three hotels. If your are sending your entry in this weekend, it might be a good idea to get a tracking or confirmation number as proof of receipt for it.  They will not be accepting late entries and I would suppose this would include \"lost\" items.

I have requested a time slot and meeting room, but Dave has not made the assignments yet. He indicated he is working through the entries this week.
