Having candled the eggs set January 5th, it turns out my number one silver bantam male is, indeed, fertile.   That makes my number two bantam male expendable, so I am offering him to anyone who needs one.    He is a decent silver color, no brassiness, good slate legs, small neat comb, but he does have some brown on the edges of the wing secondaries.
No brown on the back or other parts of the wings though.   He is free to anyone who will pick him up or pay for shipping.
If interested, e-mail me at:  ameraucana@aol.com .

Okay, the silver bantam male has been promised.    I will have more breeding stock available in May and June, after my hatching season, but probably not another silver male.
