I make a copy of the pic I want to post and give it a different name (save as). I then open that photo in some software that I can edit it in (MicroSoft Office Picture Manager) and crop it as much as possible. Then I resize it until it is just under 75kb, save it and post it. You can add several to one post.
When we upgrade to a newer board/forum it will show a thumbnail or small photo in the post that will enlarge when clicked on...kuhl!

The lighter one is that the one that was gray with chipmunk stripes?
HappyMtn:
No- that one was lav as a baby.
Ths lav chipmunk one is still a baby. I have a great pic but the forum says \"You cannot attach files of that type\".
I can email it to you if you want. Different than the blue silver cuckoo chick that I have growing out from the same eggs
Beth C:
Amy, I have a free Photobucket account where I upload my pictures, then just image tag them in my post. Since the picture is actually stored on the Photobucket site and you\'re just linking to it, those things don\'t seem to matter. It\'s an extra step to upload them there and then link them, but it saves a lot of aggravation (not to mention space on my harddrive).
Lets you post a bigger picture.
HappyMtn:
maybe I was doing something wrong....
