Desperate need of 3 egg layers

I have had some ameraucana\'s in the past and really want some for out kids this year problem is cant find any egg laying hens only chicks, I am willing to pay, these will not be killed ever they are famliy pets no more then 5 no less then 2 is needed.  Thank you in advance

What I would suggest is finding a shoe close by and purchase some started or grown stock from a breeder.
Not sure how many breeders are down in that area, or when the shows are, but it is worth checking out.
