Having bred blues for 7 years, and hatching hundreds of them-we have had 2 cockerels and 1 pullet with green sheen like the pictures in this post.  The cockerels tasted good!  The pullet was sold as a blue layer to a lady in Louisiana, I don\'t recommend using a blue one with green sheen if anything else is available.
