Sumatra???

For some reason some people think there is Sumatra blood in the black and blue lines of ameraucana.  (both bantam and LF) Is there anyone here or do you know of anyone that has done this cross?

Can't speak for the large fowl, but I did use a single Sumatra pullet with white feet to pull in the necessary genes for genuine lacing in the bantam blues.   Jerry DeSmidt and Russ Blair now have that line.  They showed some birds in Montana and at Fowl Fest in Michigan this year that looked real good in my opinion.

I saw some of those posts also.  Someone there did mention Mike did the cross with bantams and there has been a lot of success, but I am not aware of any cross with LF.
