Online membership application

Susan Mouw:
As part of a long range goal for the website, the latest project is now completed.  You can now apply for membership online and pay via Paypal automatically.

You can still print or download the membership form, fill it out, and mail it in with a check, if you prefer.  The online application is in addition to, not in place of, the original process.
