We would like to thank Paul and Angela Smith for all their hard work at the Nationals! And also want to thank Sharon Caywood for all her help with the silent auction, judging the eggs with Jeff, and reserving a nice place for our meeting after a long day at the show and Also being a tour guide for many of us that came from so far away.
Thank you Jerry Desmith and Clif Redden for being so helpful to all of us.
And a big shout out for our south eastern director Don Cash for helping out as well. And even though our secretary was not present, due to a sudden surgery and was unable to attend, we still felt like she was there.
And also wish to thank Jan Burke Geis for helping us out as well.
And as far as the egg contest! A great big shout out to Jean Ribbeck for the wonderful awards that she had made for the contest. They were beautiful. Not just because we brought one home either. Lol. And also for our two teams that judged the eggs, which is Jeff Vance and Sharon Caywood---- Max Strawn and Clif Redden.
We had a good meeting, with a few new members present as well. It seems that everyone tries to be so helpful and discuss issues with the breed, without arguing about unnecessary things. It's all about the club, and the breed. Which is the way it should be. This is an awesome club and we enjoy being members.
The plaques that Paul Smith had made were beautiful as well. Great Job PAUL
And for Master Matthew Smith, congratulations on your junior wins and all your hard work too. You are a fine young man.
