It is with great pleasure I announce the 2015 High Point Award winners.
This is a new program, started this year, with cash awards for those who earn the most points - overall and by district - for the year. For the purpose of this award, the points begin accumulating after the National of the previous year and end before the National of this year. So, the points began with the first Ameraucana meet following the National in Lucasville, OH last year, and ended with the last meet before the Nationals at Fayetteville, AR this year. Points are now accumulating for next year's High Point Award winners.
The Board voted this year to award cash prizes to the winners...and here they are:
Junior Overall High Point Award goes to Matthew Smith, with 84 points. Matthew will receive $50.
Open Overall High Point Award goes to Max Strawn, with 406 points. Max will receive $100.
