Help Needed for Past Due Meet Reports

Hi all,

Susan and I would like to put out a plea for all members who attended the following shows to please help us in chasing up the meet reports. 

•2/20/16 - Apache County Poultry

•2/20/16 Chattahoochee Valley Poultry

•3/5/16 Northeast Oklahoma Poultry Club

•3/12/16 Heartland Classic Poultry Club

•9/17/16 Eastern Ohio Poultry Association

•9/18/16 Central New Jersey Poultry Fanciers Fall Show

•10/1/16 Red Cedar Showdown

•10/1/16 The South Mississippi Standard

•10/8/16 Lebanon Valley Poultry Fanciers Show

•10/10/16 Tulsa State Fair Poultry Show

•10/28/16 Apache Country Poultry Shows (double show)

•11/5/16 Low Country Classic (double show)

•11/5/16 Heart of the Ozarks Poultry Club

•11/5/16 Nebraska State Poultry Association


These are needed so that everyone can be properly credited for the points they earned with wins at these shows.  Please contact me if you can help and thanks in advance!

For 2017, we are going to be asking members attending a show where an ABC Meet has been requested to please help ensure the timely (within 30 days) submission of the Meet Report.  We realize that show secretaries have a ton of work to do before, during, and after the show so if our members can help with our own meet reports, we would like to encourage that.

Low Country Classic is in Blackville I think.  They did not have any LF cages this year but I think Susan dropped by to visit for that show.   Did they even have any AMs at this show Susan?

Temple, I just texted the show secretary for the Nebraska State Poultry Assn show Nov 5-6 2016. She said that the last batch of reports are being tabulated and should be done sometime this week.

No..my bad, Temple...the list I sent to you shouldn't have had Low country classic, as they had no AMs at the show.
