2018 Lifetime Achievement award arrived today...

I almost cried..again. I knew this was coming; it was announced and "presented" at our 40th Anniversary National at the Dayton Fancy Feathers show, Greenville, OH. I almost cried when Gordon Gilliam made the very touching presentation and I almost cried again when I saw it in the box.

I am touched, beyond words. Thank you, Clif Linda Redden, and all my friends in the Ameraucana Breeders Club, who made this ol' gal's heart skip a few beats. <3 <3

The award looks great! Especially the name on it. I can't think of a more deserving person who had not previously won the award. That puts you in a very elite group of names. Congratulations Susan!

Oh thank you, Gordon!!  Many of those names are shoes I could never hope to fill.  This is, indeed, an honor I will cherish forever.
