New Splash Approval Lead

Lindsay Helton will now be the splash approval process contact for our members and the APA.  We should finish the process at the Ohio National this year.

The APA Board has voted and the 2023 Ohio National has been accepted as our hopeful final qualifying meet for LF splash!
