Hey guys I guess I would ask the experts. I just had my first incubator hatch.. I got two ameraucanas.. but one is black with black feet and some yellow at the tip of the wings and mixed in with the back on the bottom. this bird also has two white spots on both sides of the beek. these spots are longer. so i am assuming that is called the muffs? the other one is a bit smaller (smaller egg i assume) but looks more like a quail in coloring... yellow feet and no muffs. can you tell me what the difference is between the two?

thanks

j

Post a photo if you can.
Take a look at the photos of chicks on \"Photos\" page of the website.  Do your chicks look like any of those in the photos?

Well I figured it out from the pictures page.... The black one is of course the black bantam, except my has larges puffs of feathers under the eyes (next to the beeks), and the other one is a silver bantam...I hope one is a female and  one a male
