So, then I\'m going to stick my neck out and ask if I get red pyle out of breeding any of these birds?
a Wheaten EE cockerel in my EE pen,
Didn\'t I read somewhere that that\'s the way to get a red pyle.

Please re-read my post of November 14th.    First of all, I did not say it is 100 percent certain you have dominant white, but that is my guess.   Secondly, to get proper red pyle in both sexes you need to use dominant white over black breasted red, not wheaten or buff.   Based on the pictures, I would say you do not have blue wheaten, but EELs.     But you don\'t have to have pure stock to have good, productive poultry.
Just enjoy them for what they are.
