Ameraucana Marketplace / Request for Over Seas Shipping hatching eggs.

Please be advise,  I have gotten many request to ship hatching eggs over seas.  I am not interested into acquiring the proper documentation which is necessary to ship over seas.  You must go to the USDA site to see what are the requirements to ship to the country of interest.

John Blehm,
   Perhaps in the future when things are slow could you possibly write an article in the Ameraucana Breeders Club Newsletter about the Lavender Ameraucana Bantam and Large Fowl?
   You had the forsight to know this color would be popular and have been the inspiration of many breeders to take on this color not only in the Ameraucanas but it appears there is a lot of interest in this color in other breeds in bantam and large fowl after you had success with the bantams and now the large fowl.   Harry

Could someone tell me how many points do you loose if your birds are over the weight that is required for the standards for Large fowl in an APA show?  Thank you,  Harry

I have a few pairs and possibly one or two trios of Large Fowl Ameraucanas available for pick-up near Tamaqua, Pa or can deliver to the Bloomsburg Sale this Saturday, or the Lebanon Valley Sale in Fredericksburg, Pa the following Saturday, or the York Show Saturday Oct 25th.  Sorry no shipping.  These are mostly cockerels and pullets.  Email me for price.

I have some LF Lavender cockerels available this fall Sep or Oct with the purchase of two or more black pullets.  It appears I will have many pullets for sale again this year.  Prefer to sell them to ABC members.  These cockerels are large.  Only available for pick up at Tamaqua, Pa  I am NOT really interested in shipping birds.  I only have a few available.  Can send pictures by email.
 
SORRY:  Unless I counted wrong all the Lavender cockerels have been taken.  I may have some black/lavender cockerels in the fall and possibly some pullets black/lavender.  Thanks everyone for the interest.  HS

  Just a reminder for any interested in attending the Pa Farm Show in Harrisburg, Pa  Jan 5-12, 2008.  You will have to google for more information.   There were several exhibitors there last year with LF and bantam Ameraucanas.  HS

ABC is probably working on a color chart for eggs.  I have seen some post on other sites looking for a chart.  The UK club has a chart right now.  I bought one off of Ebay UK for Araucanas(UK Type).  Thought it may help until ABC has an official chart.
