Does anyone have hens producing large and X-tra large BLUE eggs (as pullets) ? A breeder in BC said his does, but maybe they are not blue.

Michael Muenks had a few last year (and I think they were pullets) that laid extra large blue eggs.  They were very nice.

The pullets were from Larry C\'s line of wheaten. Larry might be able to comment on the current quality of the eggs from his line of wheaten. What I have very nice egg color and large size compared to other lines of varieties I have.

Michael, are you saying your line produces large eggs? Are they blue & black or wheaten as well?
Thanks for your help.

Last year the two hens layed huge eggs from the beginning. They are of Wheaten lines. I have a lot of silver pullets this year and I suspect some of them will lay large eggs also. I will watch the black also  . . . I have several new pullets this year. Only getting a couple of eggs a day currently though! I should know more in March.
