This is a Great show and location, and it's not too early in the year for the southern birds to finish out. They have a new show hall and this will be the APA Annual Meet. So should be an extra special gathering.  -- Get you hotel reservations early.

And for those that want to take advantage of the local culture, there are all kinds of attractions close by. Including a small retail store is headquartered close by not that far from Walton's home.
Crystal Bridges Art Complex, designed by Moshe Safdie. They have all kinds of exhibits including a Frank Lloyd Wright home relocated there from New Jersey.
Fay Jones architecture is all around including one of his famous chapels just a few miles up interstate 540 in Bella Vista.  Cooper Chapel  https://crystalbridges.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/FayJonesSiteGuide.pdf. And their is even a Clinton home that is open for tour in town as well. lol

And Eureka Springs is a beautiful art/resort town just north east and it has lots to do and see including another chapel building.   https://www.archpaper.com/2020/04/e-fay-jones-thorncrown-chapel-virtual/
