Title: Hurricane Michael
Post by: Susan Mouw on October 10, 2018, 01:40:15 PM
is now hitting the Panhandle of Florida with winds just 7mph below a Cat 5 storm.  This is the strongest hurricane to ever hit the panhandle.  I hope everyone in that path has evacuated and all are in a safe and secure area.

Aiken, SC is also in the path of Michael, but it will be Tropical Storm Michael by the time it hits here tonight.  We  will lose internet, and possibly power, but I'll check in when I can.  We are expecting anywhere from 35mph to 75mph winds here.

I hope everyone in the path of Michael stays safe tonight and through tomorrow.  Check in here when you can.

All good here. Michael actually went more to the North and west of us.  We have some minor wind damage with some branches down and more roof panels off the breeder pens.  We had that with Florence, so had already order new roofing for all the breeder pens, but hadn't gotten it up yet, so we're good.

How's everyone else?
