Title: First hatching

Evening Folks,
Today I took off my first chicks.
I had set 49 eggs and hatched 38 total. 30 Blues and 8 Wheatens. All look good with no crooked toes or spraddle legs.
I was real concerned about my young cockerels in my wheaten lines but apparently they are doing their jobs.
2 more are pipped and maybe hatch out later.
I will be taking off a hatching every Saturday for the next few weeks.The blues are sold and I hope to see how the wheatens turn out.
I will post some pictures later.

Congrats!! You\'re way ahead of me - I don\'t even have my breeding pens set up.
