Did we do away with the policy that says meets must be requested in time for publication in the newsletter?   What is the deadline for the next newsletter?

I am going to start printing tonight . . . I have worked all day to dig myself out the pit I am in and will squeeze it into the bulletin if someone requests before I print. The next deadline is November 15th.
