Title: broody hens

I have 2 LFAM young hens sitting on eggs.  After 2 weeks of frigid temps, now 2 weeks of near 60, I guess they\'ve decided it\'s spring time.  I keep taking the eggs but they are determined.  And getting more ornery and aggressive every day about me stealing their children.  The chickens are free range during the day and shut up at night, with communal nests.  
 
I bought an incubator so really don\'t want to go this route.  What\'s the best way to change their mind?  I\'m assuming they have stopped laying and would like to get them back to laying since I have limited numbers to breed from.    

Do LF ameraucana hens get broody often?

After they come out of solitary confinement, how long will it be before they start to lay again?

Usually 2 to 3 weeks.
