I received my show catalog this morning from the secretary of the Frankfort club via email. Anyone who plans to attend and show at the National Meet might consider e-mailing her for a copy. Her address is: lrs5251@bellsouth.net . That first letter is an L, not an I.

I\'ve put links to both thier show catalog and entry from on our site\'s 2010 National Meet (http://ameraucana.org/2010%20National%20Meet.html) page. You can download and print them from there.

I don\'t see any spaces to enter trios. How do we?
-
I\'ve sent Lynn a message asking about it.

A sale space is 5.00 and you are to bring your own cages. How large of a sale space is that? The sale area is a covered pavillon. I am assuming that means an open sided building... Is that going to be a safe environemnt for night or is everyone planning to pack their sale birds back into their truck and bring them back out on Saturday morning? How many folks are bringing sale birds?
Just trying to think ahead a bit and see what everyone else is doing.

Yes, it is an open sided pole barn structure. Trying to get answers to the other questions.
I think I will probably keep sale birds in my truck overnight.

Here are answeres from Lynn:
One of our pavilions will be covered with tent walls this year. I am not sure how the sales area is going to work but I will get with Eric and
find out.
Thanks,
Lynn
This is regarding the entering of trios and displays:
I will get with Eric and Vada and to get this answered for you.
Thanks,
Lynn

They can just enter a trio as a normal bird, but instead of listing whether its a cock, hen, cockerel, or pullet, just note whether its a old or young trio on that row of the entry form.

Just a reminder...

I just got off the phone with Eric Englesman. He said the space is as large as you need. Bring your own cages. He is recommending that if you put your sale birds out on Friday that you \"pick them up \" for the night. There will be security patrol for the night but sale birds are not in a closed building.

Thanks for checking on the sale area questions for us~
