Since it would not be beneficial to the Club for me to hold two positions, I have appointed Jeanine McKee from Oregon as the new Western District Director.
Please give her a warm welcome!

Hello Jeanine, welcome!
-
Jeanine, how about telling us a little about yourself and your flock? Welcome!

Thanks everybody! And a HUGE thank you to Jean for the opportunity, and for the vote of confidence!! ;)
I\'ve got bantams and large fowl, both in black and lavender. All of my bantams have come from John (though Mike, I emailed you about some blacks, and I hope I\'m on your list!).
My large fowl group consits of 2 lavender cockerels from Jean, 2 black pullets (1 from Jean, and 1 that\'s Jean x Cree) and 4 lav pullets (2 from John\'s line, and 2 that are a combo of Harrys and Johns).
Besides the Ameraucanas, I have large fowl and bantam Faverolles, and just picked up a crele Chantecler cockerel that I am going to be working with for this year.
I\'ve been showing 2 years, and have plans for lots more! :)
As far as myself, I am an emergency veterinary technician, have been for almost 7 years, and LOVE it. I have been married 13 years, and have an almost-10-year-old son, who shows right along beside me. It\'s been really great taking on the chicken-adventure with my son!
I really look forward to serving the ABC and its members!!

Congratulations on your new position!

Great. I\'ve seen \"Cloverleaf Farm\" posts on the forum, but didn\'t have a name or person to put with it.
Thanks for taking on an officer\'s role in the club.

It\'s my pleasure John!

Congratulations. I am a newbie also for the south east. Tina

Yes, let\'s not forget another new Director, Tina Dinkins. She is taking over the Southeastern District Position that Barbara Campbell held.
Welcome aboard!
