Just information you might llike to know :

EGG WEIGHT (Shell included)

JUMBO at least    3.17oz/70g
X-LARGE at least 2.25oz/63g
LARGE at least         2oz/56g
MEDIUM at least   1.75oz/49g
SMALL at least      1.5oz/42g
PEEWEE less than 1.5oz/42g

thanks for the egg weight chart.
when we shoe eggs the kids are marked down if the are not in the right class so it is good to have a refresher
also with eggs it is good to know what size your hens are laying, as too small of eggs don\'t sell well, and too large wears the poor hens out..snd size /shape consistency is also important to look for.
