Title: 2013 Census by the ABA
Post by: Mike Gilbert on August 22, 2014, 12:15:38 PM
Click on the link to see where Ameraucana bantams were in the big scheme of things for 2013.   Not a very impressive stat IMHO, although we did better than many older breeds.    I suspect the LF would rank much better if stats were available, which they are not to the best of my knowledge.

Definitely room for improvement!  Very interesting, some of the breed numbers are quite different than I would have thought.   Especially OEGB.  It looks like they added the OE Jamboree many times over. BTW, The Jamboree is amazing if you are ever in the area the first weekend of November.  The colors and quality of all the entries are a real pleasure to enjoy even if you don't have any interest in the breed.  One year they had nearly 2000, all single decked.  A sea of OE.
