Since John is the Show Superintendant for the National and won\'t be available, he\'s asked me to be in charge of the club\'s table. I\'m asking for volunteers to \"man the table\". We have a total of 16 hours to cover, 7am-7pm Saturday and 7am-11am Sunday. My husband, Dick, has volunteered to keep an eye on things during our club meeting (if any other spouse\'s are looking for something to do, he\'d appreciate the company). Currently we have 11 members attending that I know of. If each of us puts in 1 1/2 hours, that should take care of it. Below is the list of members that I know of at this point in time that are planning to attend. If you\'re able to help out, please choose a 1 1/2 hour time slot and put it by your name (It may be necessary to copy and paste the list into a reply. John?). Thanks a bunch! :D

I have talked to Mary about helping out, and she will - but I can\'t commit to a specific time yet, as she and Kathy Blehm will have things going on too. Will get back to you later on that. Also, I will help out when I\'m able, but I do have the egg judging at 10 a.m. on Saturday.

It looks like the only times that are left open are Sat. from 7am - 9:30 and 12:30 - 1pm. Of course it doesn\'t hurt to have two at the table if others want to help.

Or if others want to help, that could shorten the time slots for each one.

Just wanted to bring this to the top as a reminder and a \"thanks\" to those that that have offered to help with the club table. Sure could use an \"early bird\" for the 7-9:30 slot - I don\'t do well that early in the morning!

If we get in early Friday evening and I can get the birds all in place I will be happy to be a that table in the early moring hours of Saturday . . .
