My black rooster, approx. 4 months old has developed 4 hackle feathers with a dot of white on the tips.

How bad is this?  Otherwise, I think a nice boy.

Keep an eye on this guy, as off color in the hackle can come in very late.   If he is showing off color now at four months, he will probably get more later.   Not good for breeding, not good for showing.  Sorry.
