Some individual birds and strains within a variety will lay bluer eggs than what is normal for that variety.  That being said I think in large fowl (LF) the silvers, whites, wheatens, blue wheatens are best.  In bantams once again silvers, wheatens, blue wheatens and whites may be the best.
I have a comparison chart on the FAQ page of my ChickHatchery.com website that may be helpful and am always willing to make changes to it based on input from other breeders.
