Please tell me other words for Muffs , I tryed to see on dicionary English - Portuguese and I can not find .
-
As a noun a muff would be a covering, from the French word moufle (mitten).
muff = a cylindrical covering that ladies put thier hands in to keep them warm.
muff(s) = feathers covering the sides of a birds face.
ear muffs = coverings to keep your ears warm.
muffler = a scarf to cover your neck and keep it warm.
