Title: Digital Thermo-hygrometer
Post by: Jean on April 09, 2007, 09:45:14 PM
Ok, I broke down and got a couple digital thermo-hygrometers.

What exact temp and humidity are chicken eggs supposed to be?  I thought it was 99.5 for temp, but unsure on humidity.

Does anyone out there hatch goose eggs?  I have six sebastopol eggs I put in the incubator on Friday and I need to know the exact humidity for them.  I know that they should be incubated just at 99.

Thank you,

Jean :)

Jean, I\'ve attched a file that is the instruction manual for the GQF incubators which includes charts for temp and humidity levels for various eggs. If this doesn\'t work, you can find it at www.gqfmfg.com

Here is the link to the instructions. You have to scroll to the bottom for the chart. The chart converts from wet bulb to percentages.
