Title: bantam eggs vs standard eggs

Are bantam eggs a darker blue than standard eggs? I\'m thinking that their smaller size may cause more dense pigment. Thanks!

From my experience with blue shelled layers it totally depends on the strain of the variety. I have seen no difference in large fowl verses bantam. The differences I notice are by strain and variety.
