How about a close up on his face and neck and some pictures of your other birds, at eye level if possible. That way we can see what your talking about.

So, you are looking for a Polish type bird that lays blue eggs?  Someone on another board is working on silkies and showgirls that lay blue eggs.  I guess the blue egg thing is really popular to tailor to your needs as far as looks are concerned.  

With all of these projects, there are going to be A LOT of confused people out there!

A few of the chicks in the first line we bred appeared to not have muffs and beards when first born, but some of these did grow them as the chicks matured. All the chicks in the line we bred last year showed evidence of muffs and beards from the time they were born. I guess this can vary with the breeding line...
