ABC Special Meets in NC

I am pleased to announce there have been several new shows approved in NC. Please check the ABC Meets link: http://www.ameraucana.org/ABC%20Meets.html to see where they are located. The first one coming up in March is in Winston Salem and the information is listed below. There has been another one approved in Greensboro, NC on April 12th and the information for that show should be posted on our website soon. Thank you Beth Curran for turning in those shows. We look forward to branching out in that area.

Thanks, Sharon! Any word back from Cape Fear or Friendship yet? Btw, a question came up recently. Our NC state meet has always been the last show of the season, but is that just by default because we didn't specify one? Cape Fear is usually our state meet, which is great for me but not as convenient for some other members. Don and I were talking and, depending on who thinks they will be able to attend, Friendship or Forsyth's fall show may be better choices. What is the process for selecting a state meet and when does the decision need to be made (i.e. if it's placed as a special meet, can it be changed to a state meet later or does it have to be decided at the time the meet is placed?)
