Forum colors and header

Ok, I'm done playing with the forum colors.

The header file at the top is permanent and works just like the header file on our website - if you hover over the abc logo, the point will change to a hand (or whatever icon you are using for clickable items).  You can now click on the logo and go back to the website.

You can click on the email address and send an email, or on the FB logo and go to our Facebook page.
