As many of you know the ABC district director\'s only place ABC meets at shows when requested by members. This string of announcements will be for shows that members may be interested in requesting a meet for.

The Finger Lakes Poultry Club have inquired if any of our members have requested a meet for their show. The show will be held on June 3, 2007 at the New York State Fairgrounds. If you are interested in requesting an ABC meet for this show please contact the Northeast director Rob Sando at rsando_shrop@hotmail.com.

The Southern Ohio Poultry Association has sent the club notification of their fall show on October 6 & 7. The show will be at the Scioto County Fairgrounds in Lucasville, Ohio.  If you are interested in requestioning an ABC meet for this show please contact the Northeast director Rob Sando at rsando_shrop@hotmail.com.

The following poultry shows are advertising for meets. If any Ameraucana Breeders Club members are interested in requesting an Ameraucana Breeders Club meet be placed at any of the following shows please contact the district director in the show district.

Ok, so being a \"newbie\" to shows, what is required to get a meet at a already scheduled show?

Say if I wanted to have a meet at the open show during our County Fair?  Is something that can be done?

I know of at least 5 people who are local in Spokane that would attend, only two are members.

Ameraucana Breeders Club members request the placement of meets through their district director. The district director then decides whether to place the meet and contacts the show officials to place the meet. The meet also needs to be placed in order to be advertised in the club bulletin before the actual date of the meet.
