When will I know if a white primary on a black bird is juvenile or permanent?

I don\'t know exactly what age they get their adult plumage, but you could always pull it and see what grows back.

On my bantams, they seem to lose them around 12-15 weeks at the latest...

Juvenile primary feathers will be kind of pointed, adult feathers more rounded.
