Everywhere Ive read that you should set the temp on the Incubator at 95 a friend of mine told me that I need to keep it at 100 which is right thanks Robert new here and new with Chickens

95 degrees is the temp most recommend the brooder should be at during the first week and then lower the temp 5 degrees each week for at least 4 weeks of broodering.
Recommended incubator temps vary depending mostly on whether they are \"still air\" or forced air types.  The old still air models generally recommended 102 degrees and the forced air around 99 3/4.  I think the new GQF models recommend 100 to 100.5 degrees.  It can vary + or - a degree or even more from one location to another so the best bet is to get the directions for your incubator and follow them. :)
